Curtis Wollitz
Curtis began selling Real Estate in 2011 in Massachusetts and New Hampshire after 32+ years in the banking industry. When the banking industry became over-regulated Curtis didn't feel that he could provide the personal service that he enjoyed in the past.
Curtis firmly believes that customer/client service is the most important aspect of the Real Estate industry, and that every client should receive the same level of service no matter the price point. "I don't have a single client that hasn't become a friend during the search process even if they purchased in another location". Curtis says.
In 2007, Curtis and his wife Susan started looking in North Carolina as a potential location for retirement after their children attended college there. After falling in love with the area, they purchased their first home in 2013.
After personally building 2 homes in Brunswick County and working with numerous builders for his clients, Curtis has developed relationships with the builders that are of great assistance during and after the construction period.
In his spare time, Curtis is very involved in the local Rotary Club, and has been a member for 28 years. He also enjoys time with his family, traveling, walking in the local neighborhoods and socializing with friends.

Cathy Camac
Cathy moved to the Wilmington, NC area from metropolitan Baltimore/Washington DC 10 years ago to be closer to her daughters and their families.
Cathy's background is in Business Administration, Sales, Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks training.
In her spare time, Cathy loves watching her grandson play Little League baseball, taking long walks on the area beaches, cooking, traveling, and helping her husband with his wholesale construction equipment business.
Cathy has a strong knowledge of the local area and communities and can help find a home that meets your needs, personality, lifestyle, and budget.
Having personally built four custom homes and worked with builders and architects during her career in Maryland, she is well versed in the building process. Drawing from past experience, she can offer helpful hints, aid in timely decisions in the selection process, and help your "dream home" become a reality.
The process of buying or building a home is something most people only undertake once or twice in a lifetime - but imprints a memory that LASTS forever.
