Our goal is to assist with the TOTAL buying process. We're located in Southeastern North Carolina (SENC) and many of the clients we assist (but not limited too) are either retired or preparing for retirement. 

The total buying process begins with determining if Southeastern North Carolina is the place for you! Once you fall in love with the area, we will work with you to find a community (sometimes referred to as a plantation) that fits your needs and desires. Many communities have amenities such as:

We will help you with narrowing down possible communities, neighborhoods within communities, and then assist with builders and the floor plans they offer that will meet your needs. We are with you from A thru Z. In addition to the purchasing process, we are here to help make the construction of your new home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Once a builder is selected, we'll be with you through any customization and will review the progress with you to achieve the final goal of your beautiful new home. Our clients have found this to be extremely valuable especially when they are not currently living in the area.
